I had an issue and wasn’t totally sure if I was missing something obvious or if it was actually a problem on their end. I reached out to support, and after I asked, they fixed it quickly. So maybe I should’ve contacted them sooner, but either way, it’s working now

I haven’t had to wait too long for restocks, which is nice. Stuff seems to come back fast. That said, I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response.

The exchange process ended up taking much longer than I expected. What made it even more frustrating was having to go through verification more than once, like I had already provided what was needed and then had to keep confirming things again. It just felt unnecessarily drawn out for something that should’ve been simple

I found most of what I needed, which was nice. I was kind of browsing and checking scents as I went, and the one I wanted to try happened to be sold out. Not a huge deal, just one of those things where you go in for something specific and end up noticing everything else they do have

I ordered from sunkissedcoconut and, honestly... I was happy with it. The stuff I got was cute, fit better than I expected, and didn’t have that cheap feel some online orders have. Shipping wasn’t amazing or anything, but it was fine. For the price, I feel like it was worth it, and I’d probably order again.

I wore this all day and it was almost too comfy, like they secretly figured out how to make clothes that don’t annoy you on purpose. It didn’t feel tight or weird, the fit was nice, and the fabric is really soft. Not saying there’s some big comfort conspiracy going on here... but I’m definitely happy with my order

I ordered a couple things and, you know, totally calmly, I was very pleased to see the colors looked almost exactly like the pictures online. That does not always happen, so I was definitely not silently holding my breath or anything. The pink was the soft shade I expected, and the print matched really well too. it just makes shopping online feel a lot less stressful when the photos are that accurate

The order was packed just fine , so no complaints there . Shipping was a bit slow though , and the tracking didn’t update for a few days , which was annoying . I did get everything in the end , I just wish the delivery had been quicker .

The site has a nice beachy vibe and it’s easy to look around, so that’s a plus. Some of the pages do feel a little busy, though, like maybe every idea made it onto the screen at once. But overall, it’s pleasant enough to use.

Checkout went through in the end, but it was a bit slower than I expected. I had to double-check my info because the page didn’t load right away, which threw me off for a second. Payment worked and the confirmation email came through, so it wasn’t a big problem or anything. It just wasn’t the smoothest experience, it just felt.....

It’s a cute fit overall, just a little tight on me. Still like it though, just wish it had a tiny bit more room.

I was hoping the rewards would be better, but the points barely add up and figuring out how to actually use them is kind of confusing. I even reached out about it and felt like nobody read what I wrote. Overall, it just doesn’t feel worth the effort.

I think what I liked most about Sunkissed Coconut was that the packaging felt simple and not wasteful. My order showed up neat, without some giant box stuffed with unnecessary filler, which I appreciated. The products seem nice so far too. I’m not an expert on how sustainable everything really is, but it does feel like they’re at least trying, and that makes me feel a bit better about buying from them.

I picked up a few of the coconut scented items to give as gifts, and they were nice, like, totally okay. The packaging looked cute enough, though also kind of basic in a way. I think it works well for a small birthday gift or maybe a stocking filler, but for a bigger or more special gift, I don’t know if I would choose it.

I checked out the site last week while I was looking for some coconut and summer-themed products, and there were definitely a few cute things that caught my eye. It was easy enough to browse around, and I did find some items I liked, but after about 10 or 15 minutes I felt like I had already seen most of what was available.
I was hoping there would be more variety in scents, different product types, or maybe a few size options too. It’s not a bad selection by any means, just a little limited for what I was expecting. I’d probably check back in a month or two to see if they’ve added anything new

The material felt flimsy, the finish didn’t feel very sturdy, and overall it gave me the same vibe as something that might crack, bend, or wear out after barely any use. For what I paid, I expected something more solid and well-made
